List the onchain networks enabled for this environment.

/v1/agent-api/onchain-networksNeither the SDK nor the CLI calls this endpoint, so you'll need to send a signed
request yourself. See Authentication for how requests are
signed. The published contract lists live networks only; a sandbox organization
gets base-sepolia and arc-testnet.
